Our Impact on Students

DUSVO Impact Award

The new DUSVO Impact Award recognises student-led projects that have made a meaningful impact on our local community. Volunteers are invited to nominate projects that have demonstrated positive change through their work, and this year the standard of nominations was exceptionally high.

2025/26 – In Term 1, two projects were jointly awarded – Beyond Food and DUSAGG – each receiving up to £100 to support their continued impact. In Term 2, Hedgehog Friendly took the award, recognising the project’s outstanding contribution to environmental volunteering across the university.
